Forming a team able to stir the Lusoria – an 18 m long rowing boat, realistically replicated after an antique roman warship – is our big challenge.
Step by step the team takes over control(/lead) of the ship. We support the team during this task allowing it to find the right way on its own.
We transfer these new experiences to the company processes and help creating an effective and successful team.
